Job Description

As a Customer Success Engineer at Nami, you will be the primary point of contact for technical queries from our customers. In this role, you'll not only provide excellent technical support, but also play an instrumental part in our customer's journey, working closely with them to ensure their success and satisfaction with our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers integrating Nami's SDK into their solutions.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues through email, chat, and phone.
  • Update and maintain comprehensive customer support documentation.
  • Assist in testing new versions of our products and troubleshooting both software and system issues.
  • Liaise between our customers and our development team, conveying product feedback and feature requests.
  • Guide customers in understanding and utilizing the features of our products to their full potential.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills across various platforms (e.g. iOS, tvOS, iPadOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV, Unity).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within the technology sector.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with SDK integration and the App Economy (App Store, Google Play, Roku Channels, etc.).
  • A problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience updating and maintaining technical documentation is preferred.
